1.2 Fitting of the base plate Make sure that there is enough clearance for mounting the base plate (shut-off valves, ...). To determine the exact mounting position, the base plate can be used as a drilling template. Note: The drill holes of the lower fixing screws are located at the level of the return pipe axis on the primary side. After the mounting position has been determined in height and lateral alignment, the first hole of the base plate can now be marked. This is always located on the mains connection side, 75 mm from the top and side edges of the casing. The other fixing points are marked by holding the base plate plumb or by marking a grid of horizontal 400 mm and vertical 625 mm lines. Then fasten the base plate (hole diameter 10 mm) with a suitable dowel and hexagonal wood screws DIN 571 8 x 65 mm. Please check in advance whether the dowels and screws included in the scope of delivery are suitable for the existing mounting surface. The station is then hooked into the support rails on the base plate; correct seating at the top and bottom should be checked.
