Kurzanleitung standardisierte Wärmeübergabestation

Calorifier sensor In heat transfer stations with domestic water heating, the supplied cable sensors must be installed in the hot water storage tank using heat-conductive paste. Room sensor/room control unit For information about installing the room air sensor or room control unit, refer to the handbook from the controller manufacturer. 1.8.2 Sensor units When mounting/ dismounting M10 x 1 direct sensors, the system must be depressurised and drained before the M10 x 1 plugs are removed (Allen key 5 mm)! Outdoor temperaturesensor The outdoor sensor for controlling the transfer station should be mounted on the north or north-west side of the building if possible. On single-floor buildings, the outdoor sensor should be attached 2 to 2.5 m above ground level. When attaching to buildings with more than one storey, the recommended position is about half-way up the second floor. Particular care must be taken to ensure that the sensor is not attached above windows, doors and air extractor outlets, neither should it be attached underneath balconies or roof gutters. The mains connection cables of outdoor sensor require external wiring. The outdoor sensor is included and must be routed outside separately on site. A copper cable with a cross section of 0.6 mm² should not be longer than 100 m. A shielded telephone cable should be used. Pay attention to the handbook from the controller manufacturer! 27 Failure to comply represents a danger of fatal injury! Please make sure that all components to be installed by the owner are connected prior to the start of installation – respecting the correct polarity! This applies in particular to the electrical power supply via the mains socket outlet or the terminal in the central electrical supply. 1.8.1 Mains supply The technical connection requirements of the responsible power utility and the relevant safety regulations (VDE) must be complied with during work on the mains supply. The mains feeder must be designed taking account of the fuse specified in the electrical wiring diagram. If energy-efficient equipment is used in the heat transfer station and a fault-current circuit breaker is required in the electrical installation then an AC/DC-sensitive fault-current-operated protective device must be used (RCCB class B ). 1.8 Electrical connection Exclusively qualified electricians are allowed to perform electrical connection work! 1.7.3 Flow chart The flow chart of the transfer station can be found in the appendix to the product documentation. Quick reference guide | Standardised heat transfer station Strainer accessories Magnet Installation position varies due to structural deviations on the strainer. Depending on the system type and equipment, the magnet can be installed from above or below.
